The Coronado Shores Condominium Association consists of ten 15 story 140+ unit buildings towers. These towers are the largest high rise development on the beach in San Diego and this makes up for a large amount of the value of Coronado Shores real estate.

Each residential tower is governed by its own Condominium Association. The common areas, recreation facilities and amenities are managed by the Landscaping & Recreation Committee. Monthly HOA dues range from the high $500’s to $1200.
