Rancho Penasquitos is primarily composed of masterplan development communities that were built between the early 1970’s and the late 1990’s. This gives the area a nice spacious feel and while providing convenience and ease of travel throughout the area. Although many of the homes in this area are fee-standing detached homes, it is not uncommon to find Mello-Roos fees still needing to be paid to the city.
Below you can see live interactive graphs which show the average sold price point by property type and the average price sold versus asking price. These graphs indicate the general affordability for the area and the current demand in the area.
